INSTRUKTIONER FÖR LASTNING OCH LOSSNING AV FLAK Det är förbjudet att lasta eller lossa en lastbil eller ett släp med åktruck (gaffeltruck). Undantag beträffande lossning av lastbil eller släp: Om det uppstår situationer med extremt svåra lossningsförhållanden, ex. långsideshantering av pall på flak med ev. fackverkskonstruktion eller liknande, så skall truckföraren kontakta arbetsmiljöansvarig chef eller annan arbetsmiljöansvarig person på sin enhet, som då får skaffa en skriftlig försäkran av bilföraren, om att lastbilen eller släpet klarar av att ex. en gaffeltruck kör ombord och hämtar last. Därefter skall truckföraren ges ett skriftligt tillstånd att utföra sin uppgift. Chef eller någon ansvarig skall övervaka hela lossningen. OBS! Truckföraren kan alltid neka att utföra arbetet, om denne anser att olycksrisk finns. VAD GÄLLER SÄKERHETSKRAVEN FÖR LASTBIL OCH SLÄP VID KAJ.
