Bäste Herr White!

On February 14 of this year, your company shipped a paper shredder to our office. It is the Prestige brand labeled Model 433. It was installed by your local agency, Richard Electric Company.

Den 14 februari innevarande år, skickade Ert företag en dokumentförstörare till vårt företag. Den är av märket Prestige och märkt "Model 433". Den blev installerad av Ert lokala företag Richard Electric Company.

At our request, Richard Electric Company service representatives came to try to adjust this piece of equipment twice in February and four times in March. It's inoperative most of the time, and at this time it's again not working. It seems fairly clear by now that we have a defective machine. Richard Electric Company says we must deal directly with you regarding this matter.

På vår begäran, kom representanter från Ert företag för att försöka justera den här utrustningen två gånger i februari och fyra gånger i mars. Den är ur funktion för det mesta (största delen av tiden), och för närvarande så fungerar den inte. Det tycks ganska uppenbart att vi har en defekt (felaktig) maskin. Richard Electric Company meddelar att vi är tvungna att hantera (lösa, ordna) detta direkt med Er.
